Role:
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve HR Reporting & Analytics services across FANUC Europe
- Develop, enhance and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs and reporting solutions to support business decision-making
- Ensure high data quality, reporting governance and consistent HR data standards across countries
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical reporting and analytics solutions
- Act as a key user and business partner for HR systems, supporting reporting, data structures and process-related improvements
- Take ownership of topics end-to-end, coordinating activities across HR, IT and external partners
- Contribute to Digital HR initiatives and identify opportunities for automation, AI-enabled reporting and continuous improvement
Profile:
- Proven experience in HR Reporting, People Analytics, HRIS, HR Technology or a comparable HR systems environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they are reflected in HR systems, reporting structures and employee data
- Experience working with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Stories or People Analytics
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting, process or system improvements in collaboration with HR, IT and other stakeholders
- Track record of driving topics independently and taking ownership from initial concept through successful implementation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and pragmatic way
- Curious, proactive and continuously looking for opportunities to improve reporting, systems, processes and user experience
