Role:
Responsibilities:
- HR reporting and analytics: own HR reporting services and systems, governance, development of new KPIs and solutions in collaboration with the business and IT and vendors, drive adoption and improve reporting and analytics maturity.
- HR systems and HR service delivery governance: functional ownership of HR systems, data quality and process effectiveness, coordination of system improvements, releases and issue resolution with IT and external partners, promotion of new HR processes and service delivery standards.
- Programme and project delivery: support and lead Digital HR project workstreams, including HR Reporting and Analytics build, GDPR data retention in SuccessFactors, Time Tracking country rollout, HR case management tool and process automation sprints.
Profile:
- Hands-on experience in HR reporting and analytics, and HR systems
- Experience as a functional HRIS key user - data and process ownership, not technical configuration; familiar with IT/vendor ticket coordination.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with structured data such as SQL, Power Query or equivalent.
- Track record of owning tasks end-to-end across IT, vendor and business stakeholders in a multi-country setting.
- Fluent English and a degree in HR, Business, Economics, IT or a related field.
- Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors and reporting (Stories/People Analytics), UKG HRSD, ServiceNow or similar, Power BI or equivalent BI tools, MS PowerAutomate/Copilot or low-code tools, HRIS implementation experience, project management or project coordination experience, German or French.
