WHAT IS THE ROLE? WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- Provide service in licensing and software report process.
- Support on creating reports (BI or other) by collecting and analyzing the data in the department.
- Support with 5S applications to clean and migrate department's documents from file server to M365 cloud.
- Support subsidiaries with their daily requests regarding order updates / changes.
- Assist the order promising and re-promising activities in order to provide best delivery date calculation.
- Contribute to planning of customization work orders for robots, robomachines and CNC's.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Major in computer science, math, economics or logistics.
- Analytical mind and very structured work approach.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Hands on, fast learner and able to learn 'on the job'.
- Multi-national / -cultural, open minded, customer-focused and strong business orientation.
- Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage.
