We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and motivated intern or working student who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow in the field of international HR and change management.
Depending on your place of residence, the position can be fulfilled either at our office in 5315 Contern, Luxemburg or 73765 Neuhausen a.d.F., Germany.
Your Role – What You’ll Learn & Do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and international affiliates to align and support organizational initiatives.
- Project & Change Support: Assist the Change Manager in driving ongoing change initiatives and fostering effective communication across stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Organize meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and visual materials.
- HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR processes in an international context.
- Internal Communication: Co-create and design content for our monthly HR newsletter.
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field—ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- High level of initiative, reliability, and analytical thinking.
- Passion for organizational development and change management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
