Junior Business Intelligence Analyst - Supply Chain - Demand Planning

What is the role?

This role is to work in the Supply Chain Department dealing with a considerable amount of data on a daily basis. The role is to ensure efficient demand, supply, inventory and distribution planning in a complex environment with complex products. The ideal candidate is a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst with technical background (Mathematics, Physics) and Supply Chain oriented.

Your task will include:

• Design / create dashboard
• Optimize inventory distribution across Europe
• Design / create smart Demand planning / distribution tool
• Studying different forecasting models using machine learning
• Retrieving and combining data from multiple sources
• Factor in technical aspects into the planning
• Streamline tools within all planning departments
• Support coordination and execution of supply, demand and inventory planning, ensuring alignment with overall supply chain strategies and operational goals.

Who are we looking for?

• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying across structured and unstructured databases.
• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) principles and practices, particularly in supply chain and demand forecasting contexts.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and visual reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its integration within modern data analytics ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Ability to write and optimize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations and data modeling in Power BI.
• Experience in dashboard development, including layout design, KPI tracking, and user-centric visualization.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
