WHAT IS THE ROLE?

  • Analyze the inventory flows to determine the best possible order delivery date for our products.
  • Validate and provide a first order confirmation date to customers' orders.
  • Constant follow-up of the stock levels to proactively update and align with the delivery dates already confirmed.
  • Report process disturbances which impact the orders delivery dates to ensure delivery date quality.
  • Communicate and address detected issues efficiently to subsidiaries.
  • Investigate, monitor, record and resolve subsidiaries' queries.
  • Be the key liaison point between subsidiaries, Demand & Supply Planning teams and other internal stakeholders.
  • Be involved in improvement processes, in cooperation with other teams.
  • Reporting of activities, KPI's.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong experience in supply chain & logistics, including order processing, inventory management and transportation, preferably within a multinational group.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Economics or Business is an advantage.
  • Customer-centric approach: Prioritize customer needs, actively listen, and tailor solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Problem resolution and analytical mindset: Analyze issues, propose solutions, and follow through to resolve customer concerns.
  • Effective communication: Articulate clearly, empathize, and provide timely responses to address inquiries.
  • Learning agility: Continuously acquire knowledge, stay updated and apply insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Proactive approach: Take initiative, assume responsibility, and drive tasks independently.
  • Relationship building: Cultivate strong partnerships with the team, internal and external stakeholders. Foster trust, resolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Resilience: Be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and master professionally occurring changes
  • In-depth knowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Profound knowledge and usage of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel is a must).
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of further languages is a plus.
