Role
In this role, you combine process understanding with SAP SD expertise and drive the standardization, optimization, and continuous development of our Quote-to-Cash processes in the area of product sales and order management. You act as an interface between business departments, IT, and international teams, support SAP S/4HANA rollouts, and help establish consistent and sustainable process standards across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the further development and standardization of Quote-to-Cash processes in the product sales area
- Point of contact for business departments on topics related to SAP SD and Sales Order Management
- Analysis and resolution of process and system challenges within the SAP environment
- Involvement in international SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects
- Gathering, evaluating, and implementing business requirements in collaboration with IT and external partners
- Conducting and supporting tests, User Acceptance Testing, and go-live activities
- Identifying optimization potential through data analysis, KPI monitoring, and best-practice approaches
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, Sales Operations, or comparable processes
- Strong understanding of sales and order management processes along the Sales Order Lifecycle
- Solid knowledge of SAP SD and practical experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in SAP implementation, migration, or rollout projects
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of working with a strong affinity for processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into efficient system and process solutions
- Very good written and spoken English skills
