We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our European Marketing team and help elevate our brand across digital platforms!
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics. Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering an engaged online community
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers that align with our brand values to amplify campaigns and reach new audiences
- Trend Analysis: Stay on top of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and competitive
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, local subsidiaries, and influencers to ensure aligned messaging and seamless campaign execution in a multicultural setting
- Campaign Development & Implementation: Plan, create, and execute impactful social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and copy tailored for each platform
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Expertise in managing platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Experience in influencer outreach and managing influencer relationships
- Strong English copywriting and editing skills, additional language skills are a plus
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in an international, cross-cultural environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply it to strategy
- Creativity and passion for storytelling, branding, and digital innovation
