Join the world’s number one in factory automation. FANUC is expanding its Customer Service Team and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to support our industry‑leading Roboshot injection moulding machines.

What You’ll Do
- Install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on Roboshot products.
- Provide on‑site support to customers across the UK & Ireland (with overnight stays).
- Produce high‑quality service reports and customer documentation after each visit.
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through strong technical skills and a professional approach.
- Work safely and comply with FANUC and customer Health & Safety policies.
- Be flexible with working hours to meet customer needs.
Desired Qualifications & Attributes
- Proven experience working with injection moulding machinery.
- Completed engineering apprenticeship, with relevant qualifications.
- Post‑qualification practical experience in an engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in a field service role is beneficial (but not essential).
- Excellent fault‑finding, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Confident communicator with strong listening skills.
- IT literate.
- Positive “can‑do” attitude and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Full, UK driving licence.
You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager – RM and will be a key part of enhancing our customers’ operational uptime.
