Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist
Duration: Permanent, full-time
Location: UK, Coventry
Reports to: Head of Supply Chain and Logistics
Your core tasks will include:
Order fulfilment
• Ensure accurate order processing of all new orders
within the ERP system
• Coordinate fulfilment and logistical distribution of
new orders, from point of receipt of order to
delivery to customer
• Customer support and communication
Logistics & Customs
• Coordination of deliveries from UK and EU sites
• Provide Customs support with imports and exports
• Compliance with UK/EU customs regulations and
documentation management
Demand, Supply & Inventory planning
• Support forecasting of products
• Monitor forecast accuracy levels
• Control of stock and inventory levels
Strategy & reporting
• Alignment with business strategy and work on
strategic initiatives
• Utilise KPI’s to analyse performance data
• Support continuous improvement activities
General
• Cross-functional collaboration with all departments
• Manage communication from shared mailboxes
and channels
• Any other related duties, as required by the Head
of Supply Chain and Logistics, and such other duties
as are within the scope of the job purpose, the title
of the post and its grading.
Your profile:
Experience
• 4+ years of work experience in Supply Chain or
Logistics or similar position
• Good knowledge of Customs, regulations &
compliance
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS 365
(knowledge in JDE or SAP is advantageous)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement
methodologies is advantageous

Education
• University degree in Supply chain, Logistics or
Business or equivalent qualification is desirable
You may be required to:
• Support wider operational activities from time
to time
• Support or take a leading role in local or
group-based projects and implementations
• Support other subsidiaries lead projects
• Occasionally travel to other sites
* Candidates must possess a right-to-work document in the UK and should be located within a 30-minute travel time from the office, as this position requires on-site presence. The role is based in Coventry, and some travel within the UK and Europe is occasionally required. *
