In this area, we can host an apprenticeship for Industrial Clerk, Office Management or Commercial Agent

  

During the apprenticeship you will learn how to:

  • Maintain records and files related to Repair center activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the personnel.
  • Check and manage supply and equipment inventories.
  • Assisting with the scheduling and monitoring of repair center work and report KPIs
  • Receive and follow-up on international client requests
  • For Industrial Clerk and Office Management: Rotation through other departments of the company, such as Accounting, HR and Logistics.

 

You will gain valuable hands-on experience and industry-recognized qualifications that will boost your career prospects.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Someone who is enthusiastic, curious, and motivated to learn and grow.
  • Someone who likes to organise and plan.
  • A good level of English and German are required, other languages are an asset. For Commerical Agent, depending on the selection of the apprenticeship school, Basic knowledge of French is required.
  • You should also have great communication skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude.
  • You should be able to work well in a team and independently and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • You should be willing to commit to a 3-year apprenticeship program, with the possibility of progressing to a permanent role. For Commerical Agent, the apprenticeship is 2 years.

  • Start date 01.09.2025
  • Apprenticeship school: BBS Wirtschaft Trier (Industrial Clerk/Office Management), Theobald-Simon Schule Bitburg (Office Management), multiple schools in Luxembourg (Commercial Agent)
  • IHK accredited apprenticeship programme (cross-border) or Luxemburgish DAP
  • 27 days annual leave
  • Compensation as per luxemburgish standard for apprenticeship
  • Free usage of our on-site canteen during the entire duration
