WHAT IS THE ROLE?

 

Digital Marketing Project Management

  • Manage a variety of marketing projects (e.g. digital ads, landing pages, marketing automation).
  • Supervise campaigns preparation, implementation and launch, with the support of our digital agencies.
  • Support and consult subsidiaries about digital campaigns.
  • Ensure the correct setup of our marketing automation tool.
  • Offer guidance to subsidiaries and management on addressing practical business needs though digital platforms and tools.

 

Website Project

  • Supervise operational and development activities.
  • Ensure the website rollout for all our EU countries on an agreed timeline.
  • Coordinate maintenance required to ensure the site operates to the standard.
  • Implement with internal stakeholders (ICT) and the external agencies the further development of the tool.
  • Provide performance reports to the product owner.
  • Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
  • Supervise external agencies developing and providing services to the website.
  • Execute tests to ensure the website efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations.
  • Identify ways to improve website user experience.
  • Implement security measures to protect the website.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience, industrial B2B sector is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing and digital marketing (brand strategy, paid advertising, content marketing, Google Analytics and SEO).
  • Understanding of Google and social media environments (Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Facebook).
  • Understanding of email mass mailing software and CRM software (Salesforce) is considered a +.
  • Experience in managing projects.
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
