Join our dynamic Talent Development and Performance Team within the European HR department, where we champion training, development, and change management for our internal customers! We are seeking a proactive intern currently studying business administration, economics, or social studies, with initial experience in a project-driven HR environment. As a vital member of our Change & Communication team, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Change Agents to support ongoing change initiatives and foster effective communication among stakeholders across the organization.
WHAT IS THE ROLE? WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- Project Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing meetings and trainings, ensuring adherence to timelines, and delivering high-quality output.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams and other affiliates to align common organizational goals initiatives.
- Administrative Tasks: Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, charts.
- Manage Learning Management System: Organize courses, upload and manage multimedia content, add and manage user accounts.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics or Social Studies, or a related field. Be fluent in English (C1); any other European language as an asset.
- Have a passion for change and a strong interest in utilizing design to drive positive change.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
- A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
