We are looking for an intern to join our Sustainability Department.

 

YOUR MAIN TASKS:
 

1. Project support:

  • Assist with the implementation of the CSRD reporting, including data collection and documentation aligned with ESRS standards.
  • Contribute to sustainability and environment projects, assisting with the development and implementation of initiatives.
  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategies and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Monitor and analyze environmental performance metrics, such as energy, water, and waste usage.
  • Support audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.

 

2. Documentation management:

  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, policies, and processes.
  • Create presentations and update newsletters to communicate progress and initiatives to stakeholders.

 

3. Stakeholder collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, quality and environment operations, procurement, and HR, to support sustainability and quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as suppliers, to advance relevant projects and initiatives.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master program in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business or related field. 
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental topics. Knowledge of ISO standards or familiarity with ESG concepts are an advantage.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledges of Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, video editing, motion graphics, and other multimedia design techniques are a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and ability to meet with deadlines.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate across departments and subsidiaries.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
