WHAT IS THE ROLE?
- Assist in order promising and re-promising activities to provide the best delivery date calculations
- Help investigate, monitor, and resolve subsidiaries’ queries
- Contribute to planning of customization work orders for robots, robomachines, and CNCs
- Communicate and address detected issues efficiently with subsidiaries
- Provide service in licensing and software report processes
- Report any process disturbances that may impact order delivery dates
- Participate in improvement processes in collaboration with other teams
- Assist in reporting activities and KPIs
- Support in creating reports (BI or other) by collecting and analyzing data
- Support with 5S applications to clean and migrate department documents from file server to M365 cloud
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- First experience in supply chain & logistics, including order processing and inventory management
- Analytical mind and very structured work approach
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing priorities
- Hands-on, fast learner, and able to learn ‘on the job’
- Multi-national / -cultural, open-minded, customer-focused, and strong business orientation
- Effective communication by clear articulation and emphasis with stakeholders
- Proactive approach by taking initiative and drive tasks with guidance
- Certain knowledge of an ERP system
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
