Maintenance Technician RO

Requirements  
 

• Driving license for personal car  ("B")
• Precision in administration
• Be fully independent and self learning
• Experience in electrical or mechanical service or other similar experience
• Experience and/or skills of mechanical works
• User level knowledge of PC – MS Windows, MS Office, Internet etc.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, when required
• Good hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to manage a dynamic service schedule in a manner that results in timely service for customers.

Main activities

Maintenance Technician is mainly responsible for maintenance, service (mechanical, electrical)

• Execute preventive maintenance on machines at customer sites
• Trouble shoot and Repair malfunctioning systems
• Travel to do service on site
• Guarantee utmost customer satisfaction by providing professional, efficient and in-time support in all product related, technical issues to clients
• Ensures prompt preparation and completion of services and administration related to assigned duties
• Supports organizational policies related to safety and environmental protection
• Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities that positively affect safety, the environment, quality, reliability and productivity
• Supporting the sale of services, trainings, parts and repair products (Lead Generation)
• Supporting the sale of new machines Robot, CNC & Robomachine.
• Execution of other, individually defined work tasks that belong to the job role and supplement the work tasks. 
• Compliance with the employer's internal regulations and Management instruction 
• Performing all related administrative tasks required for the performance of the job and defined by the employer in the company administration system and in relation to business needs of FANUC
• Other duties and requests from direct Line Manager, or the Managing Director of the Company to support Company`s business 
• Perform daily job accordingly to FANUC values (Respect, Quality, Passion, Strict preciseness and Transparency)

Main purpose of the position

• After succesfull service intervention – functional machine or sucessful diagnostics done on-site
• Correctly done and polite communication with customers (written and spoken)
• Correctly and in time reported service actions as background for invoicing
• Up to Date and correctly entered records in CRM system
  Provide technical responsibility for customers in the assigned area, while establishing relationships and representing FANUC
