Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective pricing strategies for spare parts, refurbished components, service offerings, and bundled packages.
- Oversee centralized pricing processes while collaborating with regional subsidiaries to optimize local pricing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust pricing approaches to maximize profitability and align with business objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for pricing-related initiatives and inquiries within the service domain, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and market-relevant.
- Develop and manage comprehensive reporting frameworks and ad-hoc analyses to monitor revenue, margin, and pricing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing management and strategy development, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in database management and practical experience with SQL; familiarity with BI tools and visualization platforms such as Power BI is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with pricing tools, CRM, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an asset.
