Teamleader Proposals & Quoting

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Proposal, Project Management, and Engineering teams, providing both professional and disciplinary guidance.

• Plan and allocate resources efficiently across all projects, including managing projects independently when needed.

• Oversee the preparation of proposals and cost estimates in collaboration with the relevant departmental teams.

• Develop technical concepts, tender documents, and requests for proposals.

• Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments and teams.

• Drive the creation and continuous improvement of standardized tender texts and calculation guidelines.

Requirements:

• A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in special-purpose machinery manufacturing; experience in surface coating is a plus.

• Strong analytical and structured thinking, combined with a high level of self-initiative.

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively coordinate and engage internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication with international partners and clients.
