RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling of incoming orders for CNC, Lazer, Robot, and Robomachine spare parts from customer, preparing quotations and following up, order entry into the computer system (JDE), providing the ordered parts, preparing the necessary documents, prepare parts for the transport, organizing packing the parts and negotiate with the forwarders for the shipping of the parts to our customers.
- Managing the spare parts telephone and e-mail support for customers.
- Shipment tracking (if necessary.)
- Invoicing spare parts orders to our customers and preparing delivery notes.
- Checking incoming payments and taking action in case of missing or delayed payments (reminders, phone calls, etc).
- Providing our customers with all the necessary information about stock availability, delivery time, prices, shipments etc.
- Handling the process of customs clearance for free zone customers in compliance with regulations.
- Preparing and following up on CE documentation for products with expired CE certificates.
- Managing export control processes for specific customers and coordinating communication and follow-up with FANUC European head office.
- Close Cooperation with other Spare Parts Departments both in our head office and other countries.
- Preparing various reports for spare parts. (Productivity report)
- Visiting customers for increasing spare part sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or related discipline.
- Experience with an ERP Software (JDE, SAP) is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Turkish and English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and eager to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Team player with an organized working style.
- Experience with Import & Export custom procedures is preferred.
Additional Details: Fixed-term employment contract with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract.
