Your Role
In this position, you will be the organisational hub of our Operations Team in Austria. You will support our customers and service technicians with administrative and organisational matters, ensuring that our service processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing, processing and following up on quotations, service orders and maintenance agreements
- Providing customer support by phone and email, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders
- Maintaining customer, equipment and service master data in our ERP system
- Supporting the planning and coordination of service assignments, including scheduling appointments with customers and technicians
- Preparing invoicing, processing service reports and complaints, and handling administrative service processes
- Taking on general organisational and administrative tasks within the back office
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in an administrative, customer-oriented or coordination role
- Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- A structured, detail-oriented and independent working style
- A strong service mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer an annual gross salary starting at €42,000 (in accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in the trading sector). We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
